I am in the hill country and I get cedar fever to a point that I cannot do anything but suffer through it. I have tried just about everything and nothing seems to work for me.

brother, I keep my AC in my jeep on recirculate, I use a nasal irrigation bottle 2-3 times ED. flonase morn and night. i take singulair at night, it is for asthma but reduces my symptoms by 50%. also when it is 700+ grains per cubic meter I wear a dust mask if i am going to be stuck out. also patanol for my itchy eyes.

i wish all mountain cedars would die. they are a damn invasive species anyway. yeah they make good fence posts but that ain't worth it.
