Compression shirt holds ice packs in place

Works better than anything. The tighter the better. Right now Im sitting here typing this with an ice pack stuffed inside a compression shirt on my elbow. I can put the ice packs anywhere and the shirt holds them in place. I feel kind of stupid that I never thought of this before. I used to try and strap ice -packs on my arms with velcro straps, which never worked lol
