If your beard is scratchy, use conditioner on it. The first few times you condition the hair on your head, also put it in your beard and let it sit a full minute to do its magic. After a few times of that, you can treat your beard hair the same as the hair on top of your head.

My wife likes to tell people my beard is soft on her skin because I care about her.
