Never had manicure or pedicure, nor been to a spa myself. Aside from my right, big toenail being purple right now from getting smashed playing basketball and the bottom or my right pinky and ring toe getting a bit torn up from a surfboard (just a minor skin tear), my feet look great. Same goes for my hands. I have callouses from lifting, but they're not all tore up other than that and I keep my nails trimmed up.
I don't think I'd have a problem with either; it's more not being able to justify the money. If someone offered it to me for free I wouldn't jump at it, but I also wouldn't adamantly refuse it.
What I DO need to do is go get a long massage at some point. I haven't had a legit massage other than those 2 minute ones you can con a girlfriend into giving you lol. I don't think my wife has even ever given me a massage, so that means it's been well over 3 years since anything for me. The cost is the thing there, too, but that I know is one that's worth it and I just need to do.
I don't think I'd last 5 seconds getting a pedicure with my ticklish feet lol. I could probably use one, but I'll have to find a way around that ticklish feeling.
My feet need it, but they would need power tools to grind off the dead skin...the wife and little one go once a month, mommy daughter bonding time. Don't get me wrong pedi's feel good, but yes would rather have a deep tissue massage.
