I like to get a pedi once or twice a year just to keep the feet presentable...I'm due. I hate fuggly feet and if your a dude and your feet are jacked don't expect your chick to have nice feet and hands. That's my theory.

About twice year while on vacation I get a massage and a facial. I will admit massages really make me feel better. As for facials, I just like the pampering. It is all good, till I see the bill!!!!Comment

I havent ever had a pedicure but It would probably be good to do so, or have a massage therapist work over my feet and hands and calves...Maybe some foot reflexology thrown in might be good...Not sure how much I believe in that stuff but I do believe there are places in our feet and hands that stimulate other parts of our body. Absolutely believe that 100%. So a pedicure might be good for your liver and prostate lolComment
