Well I know some of us can't wake up in the morning without doin some type of " routine " or " ritual " , whether it be :
A cup of coffee !
A good morning bathroom break !
Or maybe watching the news !
Well as for me the news just brings me down and in the morning I'm already in a mood that I have to rather go to work than the gym .
But I do watch " Muscle In The Morning " by Iron Mag Labs w/ Dave Palumbo .
Undo it every morning and for the brief time it's on I actually get motivated from it and I like to see what's goin on in the world of BBing !!!
