A BIG shout out to our mods. Some have them have been through things with us over many years and the others have proven to me to be just as supportive! Some have come and gone but our tight, real family still remains and FG is VERY lucky to have such great people amongst our team.

And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel my flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
Ive receicved as much, if not more support for personal reasons here than in my "real" life family. Not to mention all the great support surrounding the fitness aspect of this board.
