That's such an inspiration. Just shows you true dedication. I get Dave Draper's newsletter each month and I love reading it. It's so motivating and lets you know that the mindset stays regardless of age. Reading his stories about training during his peak and now training in his 70s is amazing. I used to dread when I would be too old to train, but now I know age is just a number. Once the iron is in your soul, it'll always be there.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

thats incredible, thanks for sharing D. kinda makes me feel worthless being that i look nowhere near as good as he does and hes 70...but then it also helps motivate cuz he looks amazing at his age, just gotta find my way.Comment
