ok here is my rant, i am not saying we should let people go hungry but if your going to ask me and my tax dollars to feed you, you should at least try and work, be able to pass a drug test, the free cell phone my no good kid has that we pay for is bullshit. the fact that the girl he lives with has a daughter and get's more back in tax's than she pays is bullshit!! the fact that they seem to think the family's should help them out while they spend their cash on pot is b.s.
the fact that he borrows money from my wife and promises to pay it back or work it off (and he does neither) is bullshit...thank you for letting me vent

No one will go hungry unless they want to. For a while I was as disabled as someone could possibly be and still be alive. I never received anything from the gov. and have always found a way to make it.

But the fact that our country is ran by what is equal to a tribe of brain dead chimps, isnt helping anyone. There are plenty of people who need legitimate help but they dont get it bc the system is abused and mismanaged.

ya .. its bad, your not alone with this. those who hustle the system will work twice as hard avoiding work rather than doing it. tears ago welfare was a shame for young folks and was understood to be used for people who need it. now everyone got it . young, old, American, not American.. they give it out like candy and once your in the system just like the pigeons at the park.. why leave a free meal.

our system isn't effective and our EBT is one of the many broken programs that are run inefficiently . but then again what does the govt do good besides promote fear..

This the generation of "entitlement". When it comes to the kids it is up to us as parents to say "no" and throw in a little tough love. Easier said than done, I know. AS far as for people who do this in the general population, I believe some of them have worked hard and may need help at times but those people get back on track and don't live the rest of their lives that way.

Always here for each others rant, but I wont kill you will mine cause it would go on and on, lol. That's why I have Fuzo and Diva, they hear my rants

the scum bags who are abusers should pick up trash on the side of the highway or wash windows in government buildings so they are productive and not just leaches

Completely agree with you, for some rsn the worthless, lazy, drug addicted citizens think we own them, hell even homeless ppl do in my area, I'll pull up at certain gas stations in my area and I'll be hit up for money 3x before I get back in my truck, it's obnoxious and I'm getting rly sick of it... Don't get me wrong I like giving and helping the less fortunate but if you can walk up to me and ask if I have spare change then you can go into McDonalds and ask for a job. I used to give money all the time and one day I was like man I will go broke if I keep giving these ppl money everyday.

unfortunately this is the type of govt the people want, that's what they vote for. too many people believe republicans are for small govt when the fact is they support all the entitlements. so if the people keep voting republican and democrat nothing will change as they're are the same.

Yep, we are in a situation where we must vote for the lesser of two evils or throw away our vote.

seems this administration is trying to stack the deck by "buying" votes with more entitlements and trying to give illegal aliens citizenship. Who would you vote for if you are an illegal alien? the guy who wants to make you a citizen or the guy who wants to hold you accountable for committing a crime? same with the entitlements, if you were totally dependent on gov assistance, you certainly are not going to vote for the guy who is going to make you work and pay your own way............
