old people that look up to me for some reason. i been training at my old stomping grounds that i used to go to for years. when i moved to the other side of town i very very rarely go there now unless i am on that end of town for appts. well for some reason all the retired old timers look up to me and go out of there ways to chat me up and ask me about things. funny i look completely different now and hadnt been in there for about 3 years or so and they all still remember me. these guys and ladies have achieved so much yet they say i am their drive and motivation. crazy to me

Here is this polite woman with more challenges in her life regarding fitness than I could imagine showing me proper gym etiquett and reminding me to stay right sized.

I am grateful I got to spend a great weekend with the people I love. I ate food, watched football, laughed and decorated the house. (well my wife and son did). When I sit back and look at some of the chaos that is going on in the world I have it pretty damn good. I really try to reflect my gratitude in my attitude and actions. I think thats the most important aspect of gratitude is letting it shine through. Trust me, I dont always shine in fact sometime I am a grumpy old man but I keep trying. Very grateful today.
