Nice to get these notifications again, I was not logged in on this phone forever...

Pretty sure ive said this before but I am grateful for the ability to get shit done and know that if you work hard or smart you will do well and get ahead in life or in training...


Also grateful for my new naturopath who has me on prescription test, hcg, Caber, arimidex on hand, added t3 to up my thyroid with my t4 and once everything is operating at an optimal level we will add hgh to supplement my deficiency in it as well.

For remembering that pain and anger are not wrong. They served you well when they were needed when the pain of betrayal was fresh, bu they are no longer needed and have become harmful. It is ok to have needed them, and it is ok to let them go now.

True friends and family I lost my brother this year and it really showed me life is here and then it’s gone. Be thankful for the real people in your life and let them know. I wish I could tell him I loved him and hug him one last time.
