The car ride to school with my daughter. We try to find a good song on the radio and have a little dance party. Its the small things that make me the happiest.

Love this, my daughter and I do this daily and have for years. Enjoy!

My spiritual Christian group that I attend at my church. I have had a rough couple of days and these guys really open up with there issues. One guy opened up about his grand baby that is blind and has had 4 surgeries and will not live a long life. So my gratitude is that my issues do not even come close to his and his family. If you could pray for little William?

My lifelong keen awareness that no longer scares me. It inspires me, keeps me safe and enables me to help others in a way that no longer drains me.

Knowing that my state of mind is a choice and does not have to effect my actions. If I absolutely dislike a situation I need to do something about it. Change it, accept it, or leave it alone. I feel incredibly better about something I dislike if I decide not to be an active participant in my unhappiness. It does not mean that the situation its self is better, just my attitude about it.

Went to church today.. STayed half an hour instead of the full 2 hours .. Little by little getting better.
