I use wood or charwood usually, alder for my steelhead/salmon and mesquite/oak for elk or beef. Nothing beats the flavor of cooking over real coals outside with a few iced down longnecks on hand. Yeah buddy !!!!Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

I use gas bc its faster.. I also have a pellet smoker that works great.. its made by cook shack and fast eddy.. great smoker. I use it more in the winter and spring bc it doesn't get to cold down here but its not hot as hell like it is in the winter..Comment
