What do prefer? Of course the george foreman grill is the old standby for me..lol...This is the grill I am thinking of getting. Its the same commercial grade grill you see in state parks. Gonna dig a hole and pour concrete. Seems like it would be easy to use and clean. Anyone ever use one of these? parkgrill.jpg
I use gas just out the fact that it's more convenient. Especially when I'm dieting I do a lot of cooking on the grill. I do like charcoal but the time and cost is to much.
Gas just because A.) ots what my parents used when i was growing up so its what i know and b.) its easy lol.
I do have a geroge forman but honestly i dont like using it. Itsa production with the juice and fats and it doesnt cook as much food as i can shove on my grill. If i want one burger ill use the forman. Any normal or large grillings get put on the gas grill.

I've got three. A gas grill for quick meals. A charcoal grill for when I have time to do dome serious cooking. And then I have a barrel wood smoker. I prefer charcoal but gas is quicker

Actually yes I have!!! Coming from the home of good bbq I was taught never use gas but it's convenient that I finally caved. I bought one of these to try. Def helps get that smoked flavor you miss out on with a gas grill.
