The reason I didn't go 6th in middle school is because they were just changing it from 'junior high' to 'middle school'
My oldest daughter will go K-5th (elementary) 6-8th (middle) 9-12th (high school) Unless I move her to an Academy school where it's K-12th. Which I'm strongly considering.
I think I'm going to send my baby girl to an Academy school. It's similar to private school from what I gather.

This is why I went to an all girls Catholic high school Chicago Public High Schools were not the best.
