What do you think of this? Even though Stewart has a reputation as a deuchebag, Cant imagine he did it on purpose , but we will probably never know for sure. Clearly the kid was foolish to run out on the track like that.

I don't blame Stewart at all. It's possible Stuart didn't even see him. Those cars can get up to 140mph on those dirt tracks and you don't except a person to be on the track.
Rules an regs state you must remain in your car till the safety team arrives unless its on fire or fuel is leaking so in the end unless they can prove Stewart intentionally hit him
And I highly doubt he did its the dead guys fualt. It sucks he died but that was a stupid move and he paid the price.I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!Comment

couldnt have said it better there sfg. even though stuart is a hot head he didnt get wrecked so i am sure he was fired up when it happened. i feel bad that the dude got killed but idk what he expected to happen. you cant stop those cars on a dime to begin with and he jumped out in front of himTGBSupplements REP

I dont know what the hell that guy was thinking! kinda weird it happened to be the guy that spun him that hit him but i guess that's the car he he was running after..

I feel bad for Tony Stewart. He has to live with the fact that he hit and killed a very young man with a family. The kid should have never ran out on to the track.
