My tenants called me last night to repairs on the home I rented to them. I canceled all my other plans to go over there and do the needed repairs. Guess what? They called this morning and says to me don't bother to come over. Things like this has been going on since they have moved in. Further more they are using my home as a doggie day care and shelter for strays.

Re: disgusted
What state do you live in? Also is there ANYTHING in the lease about animals? When is there lease up? You might be SOL as far as evicting them depending on your lease but I would give them maybe 120, 90, 60 and 30 days written notice before the lease it up that you will not be renting the apartment out and they will need to find another residence to live in as you would like to "renovate" the property or some bullshit along those lines.I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!

Re: disgusted
I would definitely seek counsel and get them evicted asap if possible. You could more then likely keep there deposit AND sue for any extra damages that are outside "normal wear and tear" I am assuming a make shift dog pound would also cause a lot of damage. If you really want to start a war I would call the local Animal care and control and file a complaint. I am sure they are in violation of a lot of things and possible criminal charges or fines would only help your eviction case.I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Re: disgusted
when I had a rental I was really lucky never had much issue besides the usual a/c or drain clog .I can only imagine the mess your gonna have on your hands with a doggie daycare. don't think that security deposit gonna cover it . good luck
