very sad and i hate to say it but i know a dude from one of my gyms that had a heart attack at 23 and is still hammering away at it. he has the mindset that more is always better and still to this day doesnt take care of himself at all. i personally dont see him making it to 35
to suffer those ailments I can only imagine the things and the amount me was using to bring them about.. then to only continue, that was youth and the idea of invinsability..
I believe he didn't educate himself well but rather took his limited broscience and prolly doubled it in thoughts that he would get twice the reward. bad decisions sometimes cost your life. god be with you

stories like these make me think my gram of test/eg and 500-700mg tren cycles make me worry but i have never touched rec drugs so i feel fine. A lot of older bbrs say more is not always better. think i will actually try and take their advice on this next cycle.
but yeah you would think after one stroke or one heart attack you would drop the needle but apparently not

here is my take on this whole situation. i have personally pushed the envelope hard in my time but i researched what i was doing and timelines for doing so. take for example drol. we all know that drol will elevate you rbc and blood pressure big time. so i would go with 50 wk 100wk 150wk (got silly one time 200wk) then drop it. that's pushing it for 4wks which is about the limit and i kept an eye on my bp when i hit 150 and 200mg and when it spiked up i cut it off. so lesson learned and i dropped my next run many many months later and just did 3wks going up to 150 and i was perfectly fine.
now this dude that i know would hammer and i mean hammer 200mg drol with 50mg of bol on top of 1500 test and eat hardees 2-3x a day for long periods of time. he also had sky high bp and a family history before he even started being stupid. so that tells me he was already setup to hurt himself and did it anyway and still continues to do so. so if you are stupid and even though you know your body is in bad shape to begin with and you choose to do it anyway. then it is completely your fault and i have zero sympathy. to me diet is the biggest tool in the bag and everything else just enhances it as you go.
pantera's approach is an old school method that also works very very effectively. but after a few years those peak doses are going to have to creep up a little each time. that's just the nature of the beast in this game especially if you are a competitor. the key here is to keep an eye on your body and take care of it as well as know your bodies limits and what it will and will not tolerate
if you just ignore health issues and keep blasting gear something will happen. we all know that high AAS isnt GOOD for us but at the same time it def would not cause death...imo that is all stupidity and ignoring warning signs
