Anyone ever have breathing problems while on

Lately Im having some serious breathing issues.Yesterday I did chest and after I benched and went heavy I couldnt catch my breath and started to freak out but I relaxed talked to a friend to calm me down and the gym and it passed but its a daily thing.

Lol!!!! Your timing is impeccable. I am currently seeking medical advice on this matter. I just went in for a chest x-ray and have an appointment with a pulmonary specialist. So in short, yes. I experience shortness of breath while on. Hopefully I'll have some info on this shorty.

He has had breathing issues for years now but just getting worse. Needs a cpap for the apnea to. HCT, RBC and hemoglobin have also been high for the past 3 years as well as his good chol is way to low. use to give 2 pints of blood a wekk and only lowered numbers slightly. Maybe he needs to go do this again? Doc baby1 does all I can,lol, but the big guy needs to do what I say,lol. thanks for all of your input

my wife has extras for her cpap if ya need them he needs to wear it she feels so much better next day when she does and i know it sucks wearing it but its worth it

I think we are just going to buy one. Fuzo went for a sleep study on Tuesday , for the second time, and again was home within minutes. These people have their heads up their asses sometimes. I think we are going to get him set up at another place for one where they actually listen to what he tells them Thanks for the offer and I will keep that in mind

my wife had to stay over four nights sleeping for them to study her to come to the decision on how to treat it

I have some, it never really happened while I was in the gym tho. I been doing more cardio and have a albuteral inhaler I take in the morning and before I workout, that helps alot. I do all the stuff Fist mentioned except lower red meat, giving blood makes me feel alot better.

It may be from holding your breath while lifting or a panic attack

Thanks I know about polycythemia. this is what thewy put as the diagnosis and this was over 2 years ago.. same symptoms then. i will look over all thsi again though. thanks

We do know how to help this but fuzo has to make the change s. I will not harp on him as he's a big boy lol. He will be fine.

i did when i introduced new pre-workout stimulants to my body, this is why i just stick with coffee and cialis.

Thanks fist. I know how to handle fuzo. I have a Lil girl to worry about. Fuzo is smart and no need for me to bug the crap out of him. That just will drain me and we don't want that lol

Well hopefully both of you stay strong and get through your tough times and get on the track to recovery both physically and emotionally.

We will figure it out but def appreciate evryones inout. One can never know ita all or know to much. Honsetly, i dont think there is anything that Fuzo and I cannot get through. For us, challenges have just made us grow that much stronger.

now that this thread has changed direction,lol, if anyone else is experiencing this, please share.

what gear are we currently running? try to avoid certain things that cause anxiety and that may elevate rbc count excessively such as EQ
