Where are these pics taken from ? You can always come down South if your sick of the cold . I'm in Florida and I think the cold weather is gone and feeling like spring already .Comment

i have never caught a smallie. plenty of largemouth. i hear the fight is tremendous. the reservoirs here are chocked full of sand bass and hybrids. one minute you are filling your freezer with foot long sandies the next you are battling a 12# hybrid on light tackle. that is fun. and even more rare is the 25# striper.
schools as big as a football field with the water churning and boiling. sometimes the back well of the boat by the motor will have 10-12 shad flopping around.
i have never done it but my buddy will take a 8" long threadfin shad and drop it down on heavy tackle. he has caught several 50#+ bluecats.
i miss summer too. although the sandies will be running any time now"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
A clear concience is a sign of a bad memory.
