Always liked this guy as a fan of the sport but what does everyone think of his 6th place finish at the Arnold? Is he on the decline in the sport?

I always liked the hardcore training he did. Seems like a tough dude. I respect that alot more than a pretty boy like Phyllis Heath.

that and he had a touch of water on his mid section on the front shots. maybe they are going with new blood to keep the sport from being predictable. idk, i think he was pretty good and on point.

how about ben pak? that dude looked like he lost all of his upper body muscle and turned back into an npc guy. he looked terrible compared to last year

his posing videos are up on md. he went from second to like 8th or something like that. i am telling you he looked horribly downsized in his upper body and his legs are stupid big. made him look like he didnt even belong in the lineup at all to me. that is just my opinion of course and i actually like the guy. he was a beast last year and had a belly and to me it looks like he tried to go streamlined and it ruined him

I've always liked branches training videos and while he has some solid mass he never gets as striated as many of the guys he is up against. I also feel like his back is losing its pop. Nothing jumps out like a topography map. So many guys blow him away in that department. I think he needs to go back to the drawing board and change some things up because it's too late for him to bow out since he just started with Gaspari. I also think his height is hurting him. Half the guys around him were 4" taller, bigger and in better shape.
