Realistically and truthfully, I have two a week. Fried chicken, pizza, mcD's. the positive effort I take withe is take off most of the chicken skin -chew on piece for flavor. Pizza- only eat two pieces, fill up on sides of celery. McD's only eat about 1/4 of the fries, lose one side of the bun for burger. I will probably never compete BB wise. But I don't want to be weaker than the knowledge shared and learned on this board! Balanced life works

All I know is mc ribs are so good. I have banned all fast food so that when the mcrib comes out I can eat it often with only moderatre guilt.

escargot with chse and xtra butter
3 hotdog buns toasted,1 can of brooks chilli beans,3 hotdogs cut in half,and 6 slices of chse!
Tuna with hellmanns mayo and horseradish
chse steak w/xtra mayo and xtra provolone
whole milk lol
etc
etc
All u can eat crab legs with xtra butter
2 orders of crab cakes
DQ Brownie Delight(bak in the day)
McDonalds French Fries with xtra salt and a mound of ketchup
