  • DRy brushing your skin

I am really loving this. Only 5 minutes of brushing, a day, before you shower and you will reap many benefits. My skin is so soft and it has improved my digestive system. Try this out. You may feel a bit itchy at first cause this is getting the lynphatic system moving. I got myself a natural bristle brush that isn' to harsh.

Been doing this for awhile and it is really great for getting the dead skin off and keeping skin soft. Alos, for getting the lymphatic systmme moving which is important. This and my trampoline rebounder and I have a good flowin lymph sytem, lol.

Was looking this up for another member and thought I would give it a bump. Since we get even dryer in the winter, this is an excellent technique and has many benefits

I picked one up at Walgreens and then order another one online. They are not expensive either

I'm definitely going to have to try this! May even talk MM into helping. Could probably be very relaxing as well as beneficial.

have you ever seen a 300lb crippled person try to do anything like reach across the other side of their body. i could probably do my legs with no issues and maybe my chest but that's about it. remember that one of my arms doesnt work completely so doing certain things cross body are damn near impossible for me lol and it is a good excuse to get her to do things for me hehe
