Well I'm not gonna sugar coat it. Your suffering and your in pain because your letting it . YOu asked for help and your scared but you still chose not to seek emergency care and then to top it of you say this. We're all your friends here and we don't want you to be in pain or get worse. Swallow your pride or whatever it is that you have and go get some help. Just saying.

drink epsom salt and raw lemon juice for bowel movement. and drink cranberry juice or take cranberry pills to help urinate. i hope that helps brotha. i worked at vitamin world for a bit and learned alot about natural remedies i hear ya on not going to the hospital i feel the same way. if u need any more advice feel free to pm me or as me on this thread.

i read about the 2 cups of epsom salts option...the jar of pickles and pickle juice is now starting to help...a little more for both needs

Next time you plan on partying hard, make sure you have some pedialyte on hand at home {The walgreens brand is just as good). This works even better for electolyte imbalance than gatorade does

Yep straight diarrhea but that's ok since it worked...only bad part will be the bad heartburn from eating and drinking the whole 32oz jar
