went out partying with certain items the last few days and now i'm so tense i can't relax my sphincters to pee or have bowel movement...this has been about 18 hours now with only little urine pushed out...so if i'm not on the boards for a while or even at all it's because the urine backed up to my kidneys and poisoned me and died

i would go to the Er and get catheterized , you will feel so much better not to mention this is dangerous

that's the last thing i wanna do...hoping for at home remedies...i refuse to use obamacare and i've never registered at the VA clinic since i've been a civilian

I agree with baby1 on this brother.Not sure what "certain items" you're talking about but 18 hrs without taking a piss or a dump is not good.

I know you dont want like the halthcare system thats in place but unfortunately its all we have right now.At least get checked out and see what they say and then decide what the best course of action is.

you will only make it worse by not going. this happened to Fuzo once and then he was in pain. th ER was the best place for him and he filled those bags up. Just go do it

just discomfort from being filled up...hot shower helped a little and so did coffee...i'm having another strong cup now...but ya it's the combo of not being able to urinate fully and not having bowel movement at same time...i lay down and feel the urge but then get to the bathroom and i tense up again...

ou are most likely dehydrated from your evening and coffee will also make that worse, but I wouldn't recommend crankin on water either cause you are not able to go. PLEASE go to the ER

The constipation can occer from many different things and can many times be corrected through diet but not being able to pee or crap is the strange part.Im no dr but this doesnt sound like your average situation of poor dieting.

Hows you liquid intake? May want to really try upping your water intake as well as changes to your diet to see if that helps any.If not brother,head to the doctors office.

An enama should definitwly help with the pooping problem but not for the no peeing.

i'm not supposed to slam water now either...online people suggest diuretic like green tea which is why i'm drinking coffee cause no green tea at home...i've been dehydrated before when i was in the army and had iv veins rolled so i had to drink the saline solution...this is different...i know i'm not completely filled yet cause i am able to get a little out now...i need to go to public swimming pool or a lake...i can always pee in water lol

lesson learned not to rave ALL WEEKEND and exercise moderation...we'll see how long that lasts with me...i hate moderation
