i'm not supposed to slam water now either...online people suggest diuretic like green tea which is why i'm drinking coffee cause no green tea at home...i've been dehydrated before when i was in the army and had iv veins rolled so i had to drink the saline solution...this is different...i know i'm not completely filled yet cause i am able to get a little out now...i need to go to public swimming pool or a lake...i can always pee in water lol

lesson learned not to rave ALL WEEKEND and exercise moderation...we'll see how long that lasts with me...i hate moderation

Maybe try soaking in a warm bath.

try massaging the area of the bladder or keep light pressure on it. Also try some heat on the lower abdomen near the pubic bone to relax the muscles. If you develop back pain, fever, vomiting, chills or extreme urgency to urinate and can't...PLEASE GO TO THE ER IMMEDIATELY

ya i'm not quite to that point yet...one of my roommates is obese and has lasix if absolutely need but don't wanna just yet...trying everything else first

No joke.....try masturbating, it will help open up the urethra. If not you need to go to urget care very soon. This will cause a serious infection.

that didn't work over last three days...trust me i tried a dozen or so times...i got some gatorade and the coffee helped some already...the pharmacist told me to keep sipping the gatorade and it should help...
