i smush it in the meat as i patty it. mmmmmmmmmmmmm melted blue cheese pockets in a juicy burger. even better baste the burger in franks buffalo wing sauce and have a blue cheese and buffalo burger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH so good
