    people interested in participating in becoming MR FITNESSGEARED and most improved over 6 weeks

    People interested in participating in becoming MR or Miss FITNESSGEARED and most improved over 6 weeks please put it down in this thread. there will be prizes , goodies , and ladies are welcome to. its for everyone and a chance for braging wrights. its not the mr o but just for fun for the members. mexgear is sponsoring it and all u do is take a picture now with the date on it and fitnessgeared contest. then take one on the day in advance ill let you know what to put on the paper and so fourth at time of the end of contest 6 weeks from the start of the contest

        supr it would be fun for the members. i hope some members join i mean there lifting anyway. you should enter supra your not entering the olympia.iam going to put it up at ironmag.

                yes for ladies to. guns if u want to judge, i need 2 judges. i like that idea most improved it is take a picture before hand then 6 weeks later. baby i need your help making the change . he has a point like i know irish is unreal . yeah lets go with most improved good thing my friend caught that. but guns i still need 2 judges but it is for eveybody. baby can u pm me with changing this.

                      I'm in on the most improved! I was going to start dieting Monday anyway...this will be great motivation!

                        i really want to do this. i just got to get any ideas from members. ill make changes as the good ideas come up like the other guy said to do most improved thats really the best idea as hes wright there is some big guys on here that could win and not train. please take it serious when u train. guns is training for a contest but hes great guy for judge. let me know about changes that you think will make it fair across the board or anything before its written in stone.
