I said no laughing because I'm still very much overweight and have some loose skin from my drastic weight loss. I'm also not ashamed of my desire to be healthier and in shape, which is my reason for putting my pride aside and posting a picture of me. I think this is an awesome contest and a great opportunity for me to kick my butt into next gear!

I will say this upfront so there is no confusion in this contest, you can offer constructive criticism and support but there will be no bashing or laughing at someone doing this contest and I want that understood completely. I will personally kick your ass out of the contest and off the forum if I can get away with it.

We aren't here to bash like other forums, there is no Pit or cesspool as I refer to it. Folks here are all on common ground, looking to improve and it is much easier to do that with support then negativity.
