                              Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. She was in the hospital for a month and had enough improvement to go into the nursing home on Saturday. She died yesterday at about 5PM. Im still in a state of shock. My mom was an enormous part of my daily life. I never missed a day of talking to her. A truly wise person whos advice I always sought out. Now that she is gone, my life will be different, that is for sure. I hope to find sanctuary in the gym and in friends like all of you here on FG. I now have to learn how to live without the closest person I had on earth. A huge part of my life is gone.

                                Hang in there my friend.I also have lost both my parents and know that hurt.My father I lost when I was only a young kid and my mother notht at long ago.It is diffiicult for certain and although the pain of losing them will always be there it does get easier with time.You just have to think of it as she is at peace now.ALso remember that she is never gone as long as you have memories of her.Her body may not be with you but her spirit will always be.

                                Stay strong brother.
