seriously baby1...i have absolutely been eating this way...it's the weirdest thing man....i'm doing what i'm doing, and the fat is still melting off....all abs are in, just a little bit of that "o2 age" lower back fat.... AND I AM EATING THIS WAY!!! if i had a phone worth a shyt i'd 5take pics and post them up. i told my wife i was gonna try to back off a little...she's worried about my teeth (no shyt!!).

i just got done with salmon steak, cup of potatoes salad, cup of oriental chicken salad (frikin awsome), "srtrawberry desert" (strawberry type flavored whipped cream or some fluffy kind of shyt) and having a cadburrys icecream right now...

i just finished off a dove icecream bar and a couple oreo cookies (i know...i know...i said i was gonna have a cuople king cone, icecream cones but the dove bar has that cadberry chocolet coating!!! had to do it...i'll do the cones in an hour or so...dont want y'all thinking i'm a lier!!)

^nope...just trying to drop a little fat i got left after winter...i'm about where i want to be...abs ar in pretty good, just a little back flab left. be gone in a couple weeks and then i'll go back to eating normal.

right now having a turkey breast, a cup of potatoes salad (the kind with the eggs in it...awsome shyt) and a cup of oriental chicken salad.... then i'll have a couple of those king cones for desert

had a tootsie pop but that didnt cut it so, i just got done with about 10 or 12 rainbow chocoletchip cookies and a glass of chocolet milk (i make 50/50 chocolet and 2% so its healthier)....about to rip into a bag of pistachio's and some chips...maybe throw some beef jerkey in there...dont know yet...i play it by ear
