3 tbs natural peanut butter, and an 8oz chicken breast.

Tonight for dinner:

8oz beef stew meat sauted in olive oil, 2 flour tortillas, 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese, 2 tbs sour cream and some medium taco sauce.

Snack before bed: 3 fried eggs in 1/2 tbs butter.
