These fast food chains have no choice but to hire these low life folks who really do not give a crep about anything. Personally, i stay away from all fast food.

And another thing......sent the iced tea back cause it wasn't sweet enough???? why not just put your own sugar in it???

fast food and plenty of small restaurant chains are just as bad. The owners do anything to not overhaul the kitchen and they get nasty! like stated above employees are the majority of the problem

independent restaurants tend to be the worst. there a re a few chains that score very high. olive garden is always high 90s on their test scores.

taquerias and mom and pop Chinese restaurants seem to score lowest.

it is a cultural thing. in some countries its fine to store bread on the bottom shelf with raw chicken thawing above it.
