I just pieced a rifle (5.56) together , separate lower and upper for $770. Ive purchased ARs from this place and they were good to deal with. It shows that they are out of stock but they will be shipping in the order they are received.

I am thinking about selling this SKS and trying to make some money off of it, then taking that money and starting on an AR build....Hmmmm..

you might make $200 profit...maybe. not enough for an AR build. you will have to be quick. get the lower first as it can accept a HC mag and may be banned soon. the upper may also be banned but i will assume the receiver and trigger group will still be available as will stuff like buffer tube assembly and all the little parts that go on or in.
they are really trying to capitalize on the deaths of these kids to push their political agenda. if you want an AR it will be a gamble.
if no ban passes and we sigh in relief prices will drop back to their former and there will be a glut in the market making ARs and the like more affordable.
i went ahead and bought all the parts i want but only have 6 mags. and 400 rounds of ammo

I found out some interesting news yesterday about a big chain store still receiving the Bushmaster ARs at the same price they have always been....699.00. I was told the best procedure for getting one as well. So I will give this a try next week and report back if it was true. Came from an employee friend, so I don't think it's a lie. I'll let you know.
