ANYONE HAVE ANTS SOMETIMES IN THERE HOUSE.MY FOUNDATION IS CRACKED AND WE THINK THE ANTS ARE COMING FROM THAT CRACK. bUT NOW i HAVE TO PULL THE FLOR UP THEN THE CARPET,WHAT A MESS. AND HOW SHOULD YOU GET RID OF THEM,JUST GET SOME SPRAY

baby1 I've been using the Ortho Home Defense for years and its never hurt my dogs, so I don't thank you have to worry. Usually with ants if you find the source from which they are coming and drench the heck out of it, sometimes if they are really bad I'll hit it a few times. But sometimes they just move and come in another spot, so I'd spray the whole house inside and outside.

Ortho Home Defense. I know Lowes and Home Depot have it. The one I get is almost a gallon and-a-half. It has a sprayer attached with hose. No batteries required. You just pull the bottom of the handle all the way out for a good prime, then spray til it stops, and repeat. As IPL said, cover the whole parameter. Spray all baseboards. Then when the little one goes to bed, and when no-one will be walking across the carpet, I set the sprayer to "spray"(mist) and spray the whole floor. Do the outside parameter too. Don't forget around windows and door-jams. Door-jams are important because there are usually some 'daylight' spots in them where bugs freely come and go.Originally posted by baby1 View Post

I like to set off a raid fogger in the cellar about 4 times a year.
Bout once a year, I get MICE! OMG!!!! I hate MICE!!!...I saw one a bout a month ago, so I put D-con in places where the dog couldnt reach it and sure enough, woke up and found a dead mouse on the kitchen floor..LOL...GROSSSSSSSS...ITS THE PRICE i PAY FOR LIVING OUT IN THE BOONIESComment

I use HOT SHOT ant killer,you can spray it all around doors, cracks,and it worked great on an ant hill i had in the yard..got it at home depotComment

CENTIPEDES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...I had one crawl up my arm while I was laying on th e couch one time!!!!! it was like six inches long. Then I saw a spider go up the wall once that was so foikin huge...I sprayed it...I fog my house and celler all the time so thank god i dont get too many bugs...whats the Grossest BUG You ever saw in your house?Comment
