^Hey, Honda are good cars and you can get a good one for 10K, lol! too bad he is into speed cause the honda would last a good many yrs and the 20K invested for about 4yrs would make about 11K at 10%. to each his own, lol Reguardless Dig, i would go for the 10K used car if you can get a good deal. You have plenty of time tho to look around since your not going to get it till mid 07'.

yo dushebag chillout a little bit I was throwing out there incase you were interested a simple no thanks not interested would be fine I did read your thread and I know what you were looking for but believe it or not a lot of ppl end up buying someting other than what they wanted at first. And yes no a cobra is not an S60R or is it under 10k but hey if someones into other sports cars they could very well be interested in a cobra as well.

Mick you of all people should understand though. You drive a Ferrari. You can't tell me that's exactly economical. You bought it probably because

1. your a car enthusiast
2. you have the money to buy it

So being that those will be also my reasons that's why I decided the way I did. If you love honda's why are you driving a Ferrari?

Plus it says NOTHING OVER 10K UNLESS IT'S AN 05 VOLVO S60 R! Not to drag it on but I didn't spend the time explaining my question for exercise. I explained it so I could hopefully get a relevant answer!

So with that said how is a Mustang Cobra a S60R?

And being I said no more than 10k for anything but an S60R how are you figuring your 03 Cobra for $26 or $30k fall under the category of NO MORE THAN 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS???

Im busting your balls bro, lol! Get what you want. cars are something that is an individual preference. I did have a honda once, lol very economical, but i upgraded many yrs ago. It all depends on what you can afford and if you want to save some cash. If you buy the used car how long are you going to keep it? and depend son what you intend to do with the extra cash. If you have lots of money then it doesn't matter, buy the New car now, but if you are saving and want to invest, get the older one now and invest the rest. It is your options. Get the lowest miles you can for the car you want and the cheapest price with what you want in it. Even when i buy a car i try to get a slightly used one. Even if it has 5k miles on it, i will save thousands at the dealership, and of course as always, cash talks, lol!

Oh I know you were busting my balls. That's why I offered to buy a honda in exchange for your ferrari.

As for the cash it's not that I'll be rich, but I'll have probably around 30k cash to spend on a car. So I figured why not get a decent used car that I would be happy with for around 10 g's then when what I really want comes out sell the used car and buy that in it's place.

But at the same time I was kind of torn because I've had my eye set on an S60 R which is considerably more. So I wodered what others would do under the same circumstances.

And on the used note I planned on used regardless but the S60 R will be used also. Difference is it will be 25k - 30k for a used one. They sell for about $50k new.

ya it got 8mpg this gets 20mpg but i made up for the difference on the car payment thats for sure these things aint cheap. Unfortunetly I miss my truck and I plan on buying another truck once I sell this. Im an Idiot, bad impulse buyer.
