Re: WOULD U PAY FOR A DIET ???

I see no problem with paying for a diet. $125 can be a night out on the town or it can shred some bodyfat. Let us know your progress!

I see where stout is coming from on this and for someone built like you Mikey, it is just not possible, you have very little fat and a lot of mature muscle. Honestly, I don't really care what a diet consists of, physilogically, some things are just not possible. People are always on boards saying they put on 15 lbs of pure muscle in 8 weeks and so on, they don't realize that it just doesn't work like that. I say for 125 bucks, give whatever diet he has a try. 125 dollars for a diet is absolutely nothing!! I honestly have never seen a proven competitor charge anywhere near that low, so you got a bigtime hookup.

Just to put into perspective. My girl and I were going to hire someone for our diets this fall. The combined cost was 1800 for the full 14 weeks. Plus we would have to drive 3 hours to see him every other weekend, so you can add gas in there to. There is a very good diet guy on another board and just to have him do my final week of prep would have been 275. That is just an example of how much some of this stuff costs.

No freaking way you drop 35lbs in 4 weeks. Not possible. (unless of course 80-90% of that is water)

He is saying 9lbs dropped every week.
he was bloated big itme, i mean , have u even seen king how he gets bloated off season????, excatly like him and yes he stopped all his aas while he was dieting the last 4 weeks and he drops lasix last 3 days b4 the show to eliminate the water , even though he was dry as a desert..

i see your points bro and i know when i wake up, i weigh 223lbs and by 6pm i'am 228-230lbs, due to the food i eat, and yes i'am not expecting to loose 35lbs, its impossible wt my built, i barely got fat, but looking to drop around 210-215 max.
oh yes i know $125 diet is nothing, i have seen chad nichols diets cost at least $2000 plus FOR ONE PERSON, but i got hooked up from some1 as a favor...and honeslty, when i woke up this morning, my skin is changing, its hard to explain, it looks dry but its not yet, def a lil flat which is normal DUE TO LOW CARBS but will keep u a ll updated wt no doubt

i don't know why you would want to be in contest shape to go to the beach. people aren't going to look at you and go "wow! he must have eaten 50g of fish a day to look like that! what determination!" they are going to say "look at the steroid freak".

if you want to get into contest condition, save it for when you actually do a contest. take the $125 and use it to party in miami. you look fine (big and ripped); and i bet will look better than 95% of the people on the beach.

I was thinking the same thing. You dont even have to be in good shape to get labelled, if you're in phenominal shape you get it worse. heck, i'm in ok shape and i get it all the time....

Rule of thumb when losing weight (not water weight) is 2 - 3 lbs a week tops. Anything above that is going to possibly go into catabolic state.

Yeah I'd pay for it if he guaranteed results. Because then from that point you would have an invaluable diet layout that you can use for the rest of your life. Plus isn't the point of bodybuilding to get big, lean, and ripped? If so then you shouldn't need a contest to make you get the most out of your body.

I give you props mikey. Hope it works wonders for you.
