Re: WOULD U PAY FOR A DIET ???

I think it all depends on the individual. For me, I have a very fast metabolism, so I would need someone that understands how to manipulate that. I am not a fan of low carbing and know it does not work worth a crap with me so that would also have to not be an option. I think it is well worth it if the person has worked with, and has been sucessful, with a lot of people. I am actually going to pay for a bulking diet next year. Contest dieting is easy for me, bulking is the harder of the two for me.

I guess it would all boil down to how expensive his services where .$125 sounds pretty fair to me.

Re: WOULD U PAY FOR A DIET ???

I would pay for a diet, as you said mikey diet is key without that you have nothing. I think that it becomes more important for those who get tired and burnt out on foods and get stuck with their progress. Someone doing a show it becomes more important to have a perfect diet and that is what a lot of these people do is put together a custom diet that best fits you and they change it if necessary

                        125. is not expensive. I was just wondering why he chose salmon? It is high in cholesterol. It does have good fats tho.

35lbs in 4 weeks with no aas and no muscle loss? Even IF he used AAS there would be muscle loss, that is unless 30lbs of that was water and 5lbs of fat. If not it is B.S.

No freaking way you drop 35lbs in 4 weeks. Not possible. (unless of course 80-90% of that is water)

He is saying 9lbs dropped every week.
