Not sure if you need ID here in AZ, but I do know they have it in the pharmacy now. Especially good in the town we live in because there is a huge meth problem here.

i took 2 sudafed tabs this morn my allergies are kickin. i didnt have to show ID though but it is behind the pharmacy counter"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

Here, you have to get it from the pharmasist and they will only give you so many at a time.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
