    Force in this matter is defined by newtons second law which states that a change in an objects state of motion is inversely proportional to the mass and directly proportional to the net force upon the object. Giving us Force = Mass x Acceleration.

    So really not only does his arm length play a role but the speed at which he takes it from full extension to his chest and then from his chest to extension.

    Giving us this equation:
    W=(mass x acceleration) x distance

    Therefore, the slower he moves it and the shorter the distance he moves it, the less the amount of work that is actually being done with the same amount of mass.

          It interesting stuff though really, biomechanics is a great topic.

                    Have you had any biomechanics courses?

                        Yes, actually Ive had two courses: biomechanics and biophysics. I enjoyed them alot. Very informative. Its too bad these people dont realize that its people like us that write all the articals and literature and research that makes them get bigger. If you ask me they are 1. Jealous of the knowledge 2. In denial about the school they skipped to work out or 3. Just too stupid. Im just joking though really. I remeber making HGH before you could even get it in the blackmarket for a "reasonable" price. We were doing it using recombinant techniques and saccromyeces cervisea (yeast for everyone else besides HB) in my advanced molecular genetics course. I remeber getting product and thinking damn I could make this at hom...... nevermind. The point is be greatfull for the "nerds" dont be an ignorant, ungreatfull beotch thats afraid to excercise their brain instead of their muscle.

                          umm...not my forte man. I am more on the electrical engineering side of the world.
