So many decisions. No I haven't. It will be somewhere private. It won't be underwater or while skydiving. A nice quiet place........but i have no clue as to where.

Actually noone can really tell you IMO. It has to be in a way that's personal to both of you. I don't know of any women who don't remember every little thing that happened the night of their engagement/engagements, so you gotta make it good and none of the cheezy crap.

LOL! I took my girl out for a night on the town, art museum, dinner, etc. and kept it in my pocket and just told myself it the moment feels right I would pop the ? and if it didn't I would wait. Well the evening kept getting better and better and so while out on one of the piers in downtown baltimore at the inner harbor I got down on one knee and popped the question.
Of course it's been like two years now and I'm still just engaged. That's the tricky part is asking them to get married but then not actually doing it.
