Actually no, even if an act is committed there is a 6 weeks cool off period that is required by international laws to declare a war or go into a war, I am even surprised that Bush followed it.

GG? Iraq has no involvement with Al-Q, only the Kurds (Shi'a) in the North that has some links in relation to their funding, but this is accusing Saddam of participing when he fought them for years.

I'm not talking about commiting acts of terror on our part, but when the Saddam loyalists and his little swat teams hide in civilian towns, schools, and use innocent people as shields............it makes it that much harder for us to get the job done!

Saddam may not have killed that many Jews, but he gases and tortures his OWN people. I'm sure he would do worse if he had nuclear technology.
