Not that I want to get into an argument here, but it is a well known fact that ol' Saddam supported and harbored terrorists (when he was still in power). Iraq also had many terrorist training camps. These facts make him just as responsible as the assholes in Al-Quaida. This was one of the many reasons why we went in to change the regime.

I understand what your saying. But do you really think it's right to punish 1 country for the actions of another? Do you have any evidence of recent IRAQI terrorist attacks on america?

If 2 countries work together to build atomic bombs, do you wage war on both of them because 1 of them used a bomb in an attack on people?

Just make sure you know and realize exactly who your killing.

I have a fealing that almost as many civilians as terrorists were killed during the war on Iraq. Remember that the soldiers fighting for saddam were just doing their job, and quit when Sadam ran for the hills. Only a fraction of them could really be classified as terrorists.

Attacking a country because it has terrorists is no different that attacking a country because it has WMD. Your only justified if said country has shown that they are willing to use these weapons for evil, and have used them for evil recently. I'm not sure Iraq has met those qualifications.

what about the cases of rubber suits found in the desert, what about the boxes of nerve gas anti-dote they found in their bunkers?? What about the iraqi women who would welcome the soldiers then pull out AK-47's on them? What about Bin laden having been in conversation with saddam 2 days before the 9/11 attack......I could go on and on. This war had to be done.....and those people need a lesson to be tought.

I love ya GG?.....but you have to look at the facts.

                Lol. Don't worry, I don't offend easily.

Please tell me what facts I'm not looking at. I never said Iraq didn't have terrorists... I'm just saying you shouldn't punish everyone with a gun, just because 1 person used a gun to kill someone. You can't punnish 1 country because of the actions of another. Unless you can provide a direct link between Iraq and Al-Queda, that's exactly what your doing.

As far as rubber suits and nerve gas anti-dote... what kind of proof is that? All I see is proof that they were prepared for a chemical attack. I think that if you looked, there's a hell of alot of countries out there that also have rubber suits and nerve gas anti-dotes.. are they all stockpileing chemicals weapons as well?

bro.....they had nerve gas. They found it in those barried labs in the desert. Saddam admitted to having WMD. I'm not saying there all bad people......but when soldiers are still being killed and bombs are still going off. You have to assume that everyone is the enemy. Iraq, Siria, Afganistan, N Korea......all terrorist nations, all have links to Al Quada, either through funding or providing false documents to enter a certain country.

What? They found nerve gas? When? Where? I never heard this! (Puts a major hole in my argument is this is true doesn't it!)

I also do not remember Saddam admitting to having WMD. When did this happen? Up until the war started, he was pretty adament about not having any WMD.

Even if those countries have links to Al-Quede, doesn't mean they said "Kill as many americans as you can". And I'm pretty sure that all links have since been severed.

thats why the UN got sent back in.....he admitted to starting up his nuclear program and trying to buy uranium from india. He was also in possesion of nerve gas and mustard gas after the first war. He also wrote a letter, congratulating bin laden on the success of his terrorism across the world. To me thats more then enough to send the troops in.......

Parka! The Northwest Terratories are fricken cold! So cold in fact that forests don't really exist up there...

Are you sure about him admitting anything? Because for the year or two leading up to the war, he denied having anything. A nuclear program doesn't mean he's stockpileing weapons. FORMER possesion doesn't mean a frickin thing.. just because he HAD nerve gas doesn't mean he still has it. Especially if he's claiming it's been disposed of.

And you know... a letter, regardless of it's contents is not enough to start a war. Actions are the only justification. Just like threatening to kill someone doesn't get you convicted of murder.

Ahh! Yes, I don't want to live up there either. Did you know that in the winter, they'll go days (weeks in some parts) without seeing the sun? During the summer it's the exact opposite.. days or weeks of daylight.

Ever been to Canada? The lower portions arn't alot different in climate than the US.
