      I'm 5'5 and 135lbs. 16% bf . I have never tried a max but I do 115 for reps. Tonight is chest night so maybe I'll give it a try.

        i weigh a little under 180# and last time i maxed i did 305# barely. i could probably do 285# or so now i dont do heavy bench anymore my shoulder hurts for days after.

          i don't fb heavy anymore usually rep 315... but have hit 335 on incline for 8 this past week!

            Am 235 lbs, have never done a 1rm, but have done 415 for 3 reps. Am in middle of rugby season at moment, so not lifting that heavy. Am repping at about 300-320

              I'm not joking here, so shut up~I can only press like 70 lbs I'm such a wimp But I could kick the hell out of any of ya'll, I gots some strong legs(after my knee is healed)

                      I maxed like 5yrs ago on one of my better days.
                      I was 185 at the time and I'm 6ft.

                      I managed one honest rep of either 275 or 280.

                      But I'm not built to be a big lifter anyway.....I'm built to be naturally cut and pretty, lol :p

                        Im at 230 and do around 350 or so. Im still gaining my strength after never maxing out. Im surprised myself for lifting that much which to me is heavy. I plan to do heavier in the future just takes time.

                              I never go real heavy due to shoulder problems. But years ago I Flat Benched 185 32 times with 3 witnesses
