  • everyones max bench press?

    Im sure there has been a thread like this before, I was just curious to see how much you all are benching

    i weigh 183 and bench 250 or so, nothing great but ive only been working out for a year... And i just got my bodyfat checked today(by a personal trainer and using calipers) and it was 7%!!! no joke

    I weigh 175 and my max is 295 right now at this moment Hope on improving that though

        Weigh 230 and bench 455.../Usually just stick to 315 reps of ten though....

            i work out with pink dumbbells and stretchy bands, whats a bench ?

              The last time I bench pressed, I was in HS competing gymnastics, we used to bench 2 times a week after practice. I was 5'2, 125 lbs.. I would press 75lbs. I bet if I did it now, I'd be a lot stronger. I should try.

              I still squat, which I do 155lbs - 3 sets of 12 reps.

                Beat me by 100lbs on the squat, I think I could take you on the bench right now

                  I laugh when I do squats because all the guys stop lifting and watch me... my legs don't look like I could do that much weight. :p

                    I dont ever max, but I work out with 245-285 on flat 225-245 on incline

                        Don't know my max yet! I'm 5'7 198lbs bout 14% BF....I'll estimate my max about 315lbs maybe
