Well its a little more to pitching than strength. Look at the dude in the pitcher, david wells dude pitched a no hitter hungover. Cause the ball has to move and dive. You have to have control to pitch. Now if i see a 220lb 5'11" 6%bf pitcher throw 110mph fastball then i will say juice helps.
