I would change our legal system! We are such a litigous society with all of our frivilous lawsuits. Its ridiculous! All that money awarded over mostly people not taking responsibility of their own actions eventually translates into the population paying more money either in the form of taxes, insurance, higher prices etc. The victim should be justly compensated for legitimate pain lost wages etc. But the punitive damages part has got to go. It has gotten out of hand.

Whenever a lawsuit is brought the loser should have to pay all court costs legal fees everything, and if so required a victim should be compensated for whatever lost monies and thats it. People would be less willing to sue left and right if they think there's a chance they will have to pay not only they're legal fees but the defendants. Not to mention if you take away the opportunity for an enormous monetary "return" just for spilling coffee in your lap.

its a hard question to respond to .....i guees we are all assuming that what we would say would then change to what we want....unlike how shit really works in the US .....

i think centralized health care, would be our best way to start off……..

then slowly change other things like our tax system …….with each change ….taking more and more power from our govt . and giving more to the people…..

open up all foreign trade instead of under cutting so many other willing countries….

Next get our interfering asses out of every other countries business. Only help when we are asked to help ….

Do anything we can to help out Latin America……if ya haven’t done your research on Latin America….you should ….you will see how the us has…..many times over fucked over the people of Latin America…just for slight economical gains …strange how ya never see it on the news….its really sad…

If it was up to me once we started this trend of fixing shit…I would give back large chunks of land to the American Indians…I mean hell they deserve to have more of it than we do …. We just barge in, in typical American fashion and take what ever we want ….thing haven’t changed much since then……. We just have too much pride to say “yep we were wrong this is what we can do to help”.

No I am not anti American… I have served in the US military …..and would do whatever was asked of me to do for my country and all that other patriotic ohhh look at me BS. The fact is our country does some rally shaddy shit and no one ever hears about it….hey if you ever in Mexico …..go check out the American auto factories……the workers are all dressed in really nice matching uniforms……then go about less than a mile away and check out where they live ……..you’ll see that most of there houses area made party out of …….thick cardboard boxes and scrap trash that they have brought home from work ….then to make your trip even more memorable take a closer look at the stream the kids are playing in ….sorry for the rant but to me this is the tip of the iceberg.

you run for public office...you get 4 years to make a difference...then you are out forever..the problem isn't democracy its how democracy is operated
