    Anybody had any luck using any nighttime recovery supplements or after workout supplements when running a cycle

      I have my usual night time supplement regimen, but nothing in particular specifically for recovery.

      Vitamin C
      Fish Oil
      Ashwagandha
      Ubiquinal
      Citrus Bergamot
      Vitamin D3
      Little extra B6 P5p (I split the dosage up throughout the day with one at night)
      Hawthorn Berry

      I may have left a couple things out, but that's about it.

          3 grams of gaba on an empty stomach with 6 mg melatonin, 5grams of L-glutaimine, and the oldie but goodie ZMA.

          Works as a light secretagogue giving you a pulse of natty GH, helps you sleep for better recovery and also helps support natty test production when on or off cycle.

          I buy bulk powder for gaba and glutamine and the melatonin and ZMA are also cheap.

                          Before going to bed after training, I can drink a serving of casein protein. But this doesn't often happen, as a rule, I gain a protein norm per day.
