If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

Here are the ingredients. Looks like good stuff. I have never had kidney probs and my bio-metrics always look super good so I will stick with lots of water. I will tell my wife about it as she does not consume enough water, probably help her.
get it off of dave palumbos site, it's cheaper. it also dropped my creatine levels dramatically. astragulus works also but it only dropped and raised my numbers a little bit. the kidney stuff made a huge difference in a very short period of time
