the loaf thing is a meat baby. it is a pork tenderloin stuffed with jalapeno and cream cheese seasoned and wrapped in ground pork, more cheese and jalapenos then wrapped in bacon and lovingly smoked with hickory and oak while basted with a sweet BBQ sauce.
2 deaths righ tin front of us on lake jordan this 4th...some drunk ass hit another boat and just plowed over them throwing folks 15 feet in the air. 2 folks i know died.
